Summer/Fall 2026 Executive Position Applications

All Executive Applications EXCEPT Executive Website Developer Director are now open

Applications Open at 8 AM on Monday, February 16th

Applications Close at 12 PM on Monday, March 2nd

Important Notes:

• All applicants must be students enrolled a Texas State University
• Executives are hired by calendar year. If hired for an open position, you are to hold the position for remainder of the the 2026 Calendar Year.
• Late and/or incomplete applications will NOT be accepted.
• All applicants must complete the online form and attach a current resume and CatsWeb Transcript.
• All applicants must provide a personal statement that tells us a little bit about themselves.

KTSW Executive Staff applicants must have a minimum semester, Texas State & Overall GPA of 2.25 and be enrolled in 12 hours or more when applying. A minimum semester, Texas State & Overall GPA of 2.25 and enrollment in 12 hours or more must be maintained for the duration of the term as an executive member.
